Kat Von D is without a doubt the most famous female tattoo artist.
She's Mexican-American and was born March 8, 1982 as Katherine von Drachenberg.

Kat Von D credits her grandmother, Clara von Drachenberg, as an inspiration for her in music and art, and the Latino culture of Los Angeles as a major influence on her tattoo art and style. She began listening to the Ramones, Misfits and other punk rock bands at the age of 12. She got her first tattoo at 14 and quit school at 16 to become a tattoo artist.

She got her own TLC series, LA Ink, which documented her work at her tattoo shop, High Voltage Tattoo, in Hollywood, California. That show ran for four seasons.

Kat is one of my style icons :)

If you look a little different than other people, you'll be watched.
When you're holding a child it's even worse, I know the feeling xD

I'm being judged because I'm a young mum with tattoos and piercings, with a different style of clothing,.. but hey, I'm used to it :)
BUT.. My precious girl is everything to me, she's my miracle, my inspiration,.. It's not 'cause I'm younger I love her less..
When I became a mum I had to learn the same things a 30-year-old has to learn with a first child.

Don't judge by age, judge by knowing a person.

I have a nose and lip piercing for 6 or 7 years now :)
Also had an eyebrow piercing, but I had to take it our for an operation and never put it in again 'cause it was growing out.
